Sparsa Resort, Thiruvannamalai: this resort hosts 30 villas, located at the base of the sacred Mt. Arunachala. Sparsa resort is extremely popular among tourists to this revered pilgrimage spot owing to its exotic and natural ambience, perfect for spiritual stimulation.

Sparsa Resort, Kanyakumari: this resort hosts 48 villas, designed to offer the guests a picturesque view of the Bay of Bengal from the eastern wing, the Arabian Sea from the western wing & a breathtak-

ing view of the confluence of them into the Indian Ocean from the southern wing.

Deccan Plaza, Chennai: Promoted by Deccan's Park Ltd and managed by Auromatrix Hotels, Deccan Plaza Chennai is a 101 Room, 3 Star Hotel located in downtown Chennai with a project outlay of Rs. 35 crore. The property is highly regarded due to its proximity to the famous Marina beach and the US consulate and thus caters to a multi-national client base.

Deccan Park, Ooty: Promoted by the Deccan group, Deccan Park at Ooty is a 59-cottage resort nestled amidst sprawling gardens at a walking distance from the famed lake. Auromatrix Hotels has entered into a management & marketing agreement with the Deccan group for this resort. The resort offers the seclusion from the hustle and bustle of the city, at the same time providing all modern conveniences and facilities to travellers.

Skywalk Hotel, Chennai: Ampa Skywalk is an integrated mall that houses high-end retail, dining and entertainment outlets. The mall includes Skywalk hotel, a boutique hotel which is being managed by Auromatrix Hotels since its launch in June 2010.

Aloft Chennai & Bengaluru: The Aloft chain of hotels, a brand of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, is being developed in five locations across India by Urbanedge Hotels, a Special Purpose Vehicle formed by Auromatrix jointly with Citi Property Investors. Auromatrix Hotels has been chosen to manage these prestigious properties. Aloft Chennai & Aloft Bengaluru opened in June 2010, Aloft Coimbatore opened in August 2011 and the remaining Alofts are scheduled to open in early 2012.
