In support of its global mission, Advaya will launch and grow the next generation of lifestyle hotels and hospitality-related businesses, first in the U.S. and India and then in economic hubs elsewhere around the world. An ambitious, three-pronged growth strategy focuses on development/franchising, investment and lifestyle-related business ventures.
Advaya’s first full service brand Modo hotels, has been unveiled in the U.S. in early 2011. In India, launches are slated to happen in late 2011. Advaya will target major business and leisure markets like New York, Miami, Atlanta & Phoenix in the U.S. and Chennai, Tuticorin, Kakinada, Vizag and Vellore in India. Future expansion will be planned in the regions of China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Brazil.
Advaya brands promise standout design which will add a bold new dimension to the lifestyle
hotel category. In the U.S., each newly constructed property will have 60 to155 rooms, a restaurant, bar & lounge, meeting space, gym and business center. The hotels will target business and leisure travelers, ages 25–55, with an interest in lifestyle amenities & brands that bring people together with a treasure trove of music, technology, design and cuisine.
